Welcome to the Collect To Cell Inmate Services Payment Center

Once you log into our site you will be able to view the details of the collect call you accepted as well as make payment. Collect to Cell offers a unique and innovative way for you to stay in touch with your friends and loved ones who may be incarcerated. Our payment system is a hassle free, post-paid service that does not require you to pre-load funds into an account. Our fully automated system will send you a text message after the call is completed and the text message will provide details on how to make payment. You can also view the call details which include the date, time, duration, amount due and inmate ID. Please be advised that future calls will be blocked until your account has been cleared so if you wish to continue to receive calls, payment must be received.

To pay the invoice, you can do one of the following:

1. Log in to the Collect To Cell Payment Center website to pay online.
   • Payment options include credit card, debit card, check or money orders and PayPal
2. Please note that late fees are applied after 30 days.
3. If you can’t find your Auth Code, you can request it at Find auth code

You received a text message invoice for a collect call from an inmate:

1. Payment is due.
2. Our automated system will send reminder text messages until payment is received.
3. You can view the details of the call by logging in with your mobile number and auth code.
4. Once logged in, you can review the date, time, duration, amount due, and inmate ID.
5. Future calls will be blocked until your account has been cleared.
